The first time I went to Cafe on the Route, it was for the Sunday buffet. I was with my sister and her husband, and it was fantastic!! It is casual atmosphere, but the food was upscale. The times I have been there, the staff was very friendly. My sister and I like to swerve a lot on our journeys, and this is definitely a place we will swerve to frequently. My husband and I will be stopping on a Sunday, so he can experience the buffet. All the food choices have been great, so I plan on ordering something different during each visit.
